VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (WAVY) — One person and one cat has been displaced after a fire on Archer Court in Virginia Beach on Wednesday afternoon.
The fire in the Kings Grant area was reported at 4:50 p.m., according to the Virginia Beach Fire Department. Crews arrived at 4:54 p.m. to find smoke showing from the attic of the single-story home.
Crews had water on the fire at 5:08 p.m. and marked it out at 5:11 p.m.
The one adult and one cat were displaced, but there were no injuries to civilians, firefighters or pets. Assistance from the Red Cross was not needed…
