Louisville man sentenced to 15 years in federal prison for distributing meth

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) — A Louisville man was sentenced to more than 15 years in federal prison for distributing meth.

Heuey Kirksey III, 35, admitted in a plea agreement back to one count of conspiring to distribute meth and two counts of distribution of meth. Kirksey was held responsible for distributing 907 grams of meth, which was ultimately purchased through law enforcement-controlled purchases.

“Kirksey pushed significant quantities of methamphetamine onto the streets of Louisville and will now pay the price by spending more than 15 years behind bars,” Kyle Bumgarner, U.S. attorney for the Western District of Kentucky, said in a news release earlier this month…
