Two Naples star chefs – Brian Roland and Charles Mereday – will team up for the first time in a decade for a collaborative dinner Naples on Tuesday.
Roland is a chef and entrepreneur whose catering and special events company, Crave Culinaire, boasts an enthusiastic following from Fort Myers to Naples. Mereday is also a chef and entrepreneur whose Naples restaurants – Mereday’s Fine Dining, Alto Live Jazz Kitchen and Mereday’s Brasserie – were trend-setters that quickly garnered national acclaim a decade ago.
