19-year-old accused of putting unoccupied running vehicle in reverse, crashing it

IOWA CITY, Iowa (KCRG/Gray News) – A 19-year-old in Iowa is facing several charges after he allegedly put a vehicle in reverse, jumped out of it while it was moving, and crashed it in downtown Iowa City.

Blake Stejskal, 19, is charged with operating a vehicle without the owner’s consent, second-degree criminal mischief and operating while under the influence (OWI).
