A St. Paul man now faces murder charges after the man he allegedly attacked with a tire iron died from his injuries weeks later.
Daniel Pen-Mong Moua, 20, is now facing upgraded charges of 2nd-degree murder in the death of 54-year-old James Dale Thurber, who died in the hospital on Sunday following the July 13 attack.
