Company illegally dumps waste into Spring neighborhood drain, court docs show

Hundreds of gallons of septic waste was allegedly dumped down a drain in a Spring neighborhood.

According to court documents, a company faces a water pollution charge as a result. It allegedly happened on July 1 at 5745 Pimberton Lane.

According to court documents, the owner of 4G Septic Solutions admitted to dumping 550 gallons of septic waste. A witness told ABC13 that they saw a tanker truck with a hose running from the truck into an open manhole cover. When law enforcement arrived, a deputy saw and smelled septic waste inside.
