BALTIMORE (WBFF) — Baltimore City Sheriff Sam Cogen is raising the alarm over a significant decline in funding for his department, which he says jeopardizes courtroom security and the safety of judges.
Speaking to FOX45 News at a community event, Cogen highlighted a $3 million shortfall in the budget for court security, a situation he described as a “lurking potential danger” for Baltimore City courtrooms.
