A repeat offender from Clinton Township has made his way into the headlines again after being arrested on allegations of retail fraud for the 30th time. Sixty-six-year-old Dwayne Effren Taylor is accused of attempting to steal over $900 worth of goods from a Target store on Gratiot Avenue in Clinton Township last Monday, as per FOX 2 Detroit. Taylor, who has an extensive history of similar offenses, found himself in police custody once the store’s loss prevention team intervened.
Upon his arrest, authorities discovered Taylor’s lengthy rap sheet, which includes 29 prior arrests for retail fraud. Prosecutor Peter J.
