Mayor Greenberg asks for public input on potential future skate park

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WAVE) – Mayor Craig Greenberg announced that Louisville Parks and Recreation wants public feedback on the future of Lannan Park, located in the Portland Neighborhood at 901 N. 26th Street.

The City has created a survey to see how frequently the general public uses the tennis courts and if there would be support for converting the courts to an outdoor roller skating space.

“My administration has prioritized parks as vital public spaces, and we’ve made major investments in improving and activating them,” said Mayor Craig Greenberg. “This survey gives residents a voice in what’s next for Lannan Park and how we can continue to build fun, inclusive, and engaging spaces for the community.”…
