Man accused of killing two teens, shooting two others, given $2M bond

MEMPHIS, Tenn. – A judge set an accused killer’s bond at $2 million.

Paul Turner, 24, received that bond Thursday, according to court records. Turner faces two counts of first-degree murder, four counts of attempted first-degree murder, four counts of employment of a firearm with intent to commit a felony, and four counts of aggravated assault.

Those charges stem from gunfire at a Marathon gas station on Elvis Presley Boulevard in December 2021. Two teens, Breuna Woods and Phillexus Buchanan, died at the scene. Another teen and a baby were both taken to the hospital in critical condition…
