Woman assaulted while walking to work on Music Row

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) — A woman was sexually assaulted while walking to work in the Music Row neighborhood of Nashville last year.

The assault happened while the victim was walking along 17th Avenue South on Monday, Nov. 11, 2024 around 10 a.m.

According to Metro police, the victim was returning from getting coffee when she noticed a man walking fast behind her. She stepped aside to let the man pass her when he reportedly grabbed her buttocks from behind.

She noticed the man, identified by Metro police as 24-year-old Benjamin Figueredo-Bellorin, was holding an iPhone that was in video mode and recording, according to court documents…
