The Piazza Hospitality Group almost had it together.
The Healdsburg-based developer finally secured funding to build its long-awaited Hotel Sebastopol, a 66-room boutique hotel near the heart of downtown Sebastopol. But a new round of economic challenges — soaring interest rates and volatile tariffs — has forced the group to hit pause once again and rework the $40 million project from the ground up.
