Developer buys $770,000 worth of farmland to build luxury homes in Lehigh Valley

A 7.5-acre lot in Upper Macungie Township was recently sold to a developer who plans to build 10 homes.

Feinberg Real Estate Advisors said Thursday that the lot at 5137 Schantz Road was sold to Hallmark Homes – Surrey Court LLC for $770,000. The seller was The Johnson Family Trust of North Whitehall Township.
