DC police arrest boy for unarmed carjacking

WASHINGTON (DC News Now) — D.C. police are investigating a carjacking in which a teenage boy was allegedly involved.

The Metropolitan Police Department (MPD) said on Jan. 12, at around 6:15 p.m., officers responded to the 400 block of L Street for reports of a carjacking.

The victim told officers they were approached by multiple people. The suspects then assaulted the victim and left in their car.
