CHARLOTTE, N.C. (WBTV) – A funeral was taking place Friday for Veronica “Vicki” Foster, a former assistant chief of the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department.
A viewing was scheduled for 9 a.m.-11 a.m. on Friday, Aug. 8 for Vicki Foster at First Baptist Church in Charlotte, located in Uptown. The funeral was scheduled to begin at 11 a.m.
