ALLEN COUNTY, Ind. (WPTA) – Police found a missing 2-year-old boy Friday morning with the help of a K9 after a multi-agency search.
The boy disappeared from a home surrounded by cornfields in the 10000 block of Tillman Road. His parents called 911, prompting a response by the Allen County Sheriff’s Department, New Haven Police Department, Fort Wayne Police Department and the Indiana State Police.
Officers used drones and multiple K9s in the search, one of which was NHPD’s newest police dog, Millie. While officers were searching, Millie started pulling after about 100 yards and took the officers another 500 yards — straight to the missing child…
