LEBANON, TN – On Monday night in nearby Lebanon, police arrested a man wanted in Nashville on multiple charges stemming from a rape investigation.
According to Lebanon Police, detectives received word from Metro Nashville Police that 46-year-old Wesley Hernandez was in their community and was wanted on two counts of rape, three counts of statutory aggravated rape, two counts of aggravated rape with a weapon, and one count of continuous sexual abuse of a child. After locating Hernandez, officers moved in and placed him under arrest without incident.
On Tuesday, Hernandez was transferred from Wilson County to Nashville, where he will face charges tied to crimes that allegedly occurred in March 2020. He is scheduled to be arraigned in a Nashville courtroom on September 10, 2025, before Judge Cynthia Chappell…
