ESCAMBIA COUNTY, Fla. — A 24-year-old Atmore was seriously injured in a head-on collision in Escambia County Thursday morning after falling asleep at the wheel, according to Florida Highway Patrol.
The crash happened around 8 a.m. at Pine Barren Rd. and Hanks Rd.
