Convicted felon in Vero Beach arrested for driving 30 mph under limit while allegedly high

VERO BEACH, Fla. (CBS12) — A convicted felon in Vero Beach was arrested after driving nearly 30 mph under the speed limit and weaving in and out of lanes while allegedly under the influence of marijuana.

The Indian River County Sheriff’s Office (IRCSO) said that on Wednesday at 2:16 a.m., deputies saw a car driving 26 mph in a 55 mph zone traveling north on U.S. Highway 1.
