‘Do your due diligence’: Customers frustrated over communication from Louisville fencing company

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WAVE) – When Maureen Schell bought her home in Bashford Manor roughly eight years ago, there was no telling how long the old fence in the backyard had been there.
