OMAHA, Neb. (WOWT) – Here’s a list of activities and events coming up in the Omaha metro this weekend.
A community wide-open house event, called “Open Omaha,” is being held on Saturday in Omaha. Local businesses and creative spaces throughout the metro are participating in the event. According to the website, it is built for all ages and free to attend. Event-goers are encouraged to explore the architecture, design, and innovation of the community from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday.
The Strategic Air Command and Aerospace (SAC) Museum near Ashland invites the public to come to Hero Fest on Saturday. The celebration is meant to bring people together in recognition of our nation’s heroes. At the event will be a vendor fair featuring veteran and first responder-owned businesses and products, live music from local bands, bounce houses, food trucks, and more.
