Idaho Attorney General’s Office Announces Arrest of School Bus Driver in Child Exploitation Case

BOISE, ID – Idaho Attorney General Raúl Labrador announced that investigators with the Idaho Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Unit have arrested Brian Hendricks, a school bus driver, on multiple charges related to possession of child sexual exploitation material.

Hendricks was taken into custody on Thursday, August 7, 2025, and is charged with seven counts of possession of child sexual exploitation material. He is employed by a company that contracts with schools in Idaho.

In addition to these charges, the Boise Police Department has charged Brian Hendricks and co-defendant Rochelle Hendricks with four counts each of felony injury to a child, as well as misdemeanor dog nuisance and misdemeanor general animal nuisance…
