ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. — Albuquerque city leaders are proposing a program to support low-income homeowners as they say the city faces a housing crisis.
“You’re four months away from being homeless. Whether it is four months of paying rent or paying your mortgage,” Mayor Tim Keller pointed out.
