HARRISBURG, Pa. (EYT) — State officials have charged 13 people in connection with a central Pennsylvania based vehicle title-washing operation that allegedly profited over $1 million from selling stolen high-end vehicles.
The Office of Attorney General Dave Sunday announced the charges Wednesday, following a report from the 52nd Statewide Investigating Grand Jury.
