Driver accused of being under the influence when he hit, killed a pedestrian in Cincinnati

CINCINNATI (WKRC) – A man is accused of hitting and killing a pedestrian while driving under the influence.

A Hamilton County grand jury indicted Jamie Ray, 65, on charges of aggravated vehicular homicide and OVI.
