PIGEON FORGE, Tenn. — Emergency crews in Pigeon Forge flew a pedestrian to the hospital with serious injuries after a vehicle hit them along the Parkway Friday evening.
According to the Pigeon Forge Police Department, officers responded to a crash involving a pedestrian on the Parkway near the Dollywood Lane intersection.
