NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WZTV) — Michelle Hernandez experienced a parent’s worst fear when her 6-year-old daughter ended up wandering the streets due to a mix-up with school pickup instructions at Glencliff Elementary.
Hernandez explains that until recently, her daughter attended Glencliff Elementary without issue. However, a mistake during dismissal led to her daughter being placed on a school bus, despite never having ridden a bus before.
