Providence man arrested after traffic stop on weapons, reckless driving charges

LINCOLN — Troopers arrested Keenen Moses, 34, of 1905 Mineral Spring Ave., North Providence, Rhode Island, at 11 a.m. Wednesday, Aug. 6, for carrying a concealed pistol without a permit, possession of a prohibited large-capacity feeding device, reckless driving, and obstruction of an officer.

The arrest followed a motor vehicle stop on Douglas Avenue in Providence.

Moses was transported to Rhode Island Hospital, arraigned as a probation violator, and taken into custody by Rhode Island Sheriffs…
