A Metro Detroit woman says she lost $400 — and a close friend missed the chance to see her favorite artist — after purchasing Chris Brown concert tickets through StubHub that the company now says were “mislabeled.”
Nerissa Anderson @risa_msn_rn says she’s used the ticket resale site without any problems, but this time was different. Anderson explained that she originally purchased tickets for Friday’s show directly from Ticketmaster back in April. When a second night was announced, she bought another set — this time for Thursday — through StubHub so her friend could go with her.
She tried to claim the tickets at 5 a.m. on the day of the concert & found them “unclaimable.”…
