Gaston County Police Department, operating out of North Carolina, has recently taken three individuals into custody as part of a larger effort to clamp down on local methamphetamine trafficking. Daniel Scott Williams, Tyler Kent Stamey, and Andrew Tyler Peterson are the names facing charges after a series of months-long investigations led by the department’s Special Investigations Unit.
The Gaston County Police’s announcement detailed the combined twenty-one counts of methamphetamine trafficking that have been divided among the accused. Stamey alone has received an additional two counts to apparently contend with, specifically related to cocaine trafficking. The breakdown of their bonds stands at $75,000, $150,000, and $100,000 respectively. The suspects were also all charged with maintaining a vehicle or dwelling for selling controlled substances and possession with intent to manufacture, sell, and distribute methamphetamine.
