COLUMBUS, Ga. (WRBL)- It has been another cool, cloud filled day across the region. Not too much to complain about.
Weekend: Readings will remain mild in the mid-80s for your weekend plans. Expect overcast skies, with better chances of rain. Scattered showers and storms will be possible Saturday and Sunday afternoons. This pattern is caused by a tropical air mass moving off the coast of the Carolinas, bringing showers our way. Winds will be a bit breezy, with gusts reaching up to 20 mph.
Next Week: Temperatures will remain in the 80s for the start of the week, as we continue to see an increase in rain coverage through Tuesday afternoon. By the middle of the week, the pattern will begin to change.
Rain chances will be slightly lower starting Wednesday, and we will see more sunshine. This will allow afternoon temperatures to rise into the mid-90s by Friday…
