Former Pontiac school security guard sentenced for impregnating teenage student

PONTIAC, Mich. – A former Pontiac school security guard who impregnated a teenage student has been sentenced to prison after being found guilty of criminal sexual conduct.

Marcos Rolon-Rivera, 35, a former guard at Pontiac Academy for Excellence, was sentenced this week to 32 months to 15 years in prison. He was also ordered to register as a sex offender.

Rivera was found guilty on June 16, 2025, and was booked into the Oakland County Jail on August 4, 2025. His sentence officially began that same day…
