DURHAM, N.C. — A highly anticipated vote on the future of the historic Durham neighborhood, Hayti, won’t happen, at least in the near future.
On Monday night, Chicago-based developing companies Sterling Bay and Acram Group requested to withdraw their application before city council could decide on the proposed rezoning.
