Fighting for his life and his livelihood, Family Farms owner Robert Hoover went before a judge Thursday in hopes of getting his animals back.
They were taken when Davie Police arrested him on animal cruelty charges last month, and Family Farms closed its doors.
“There’s no truth behind any allegations concerning that there’s a negligence on our part,” Hoover said. “The problem is there’s misinformation, and we are trying to clarify the misinformation.”…
