A Parma man accused of shooting another man on Clark Street in late May is now facing two felony charges in Lorain County Common Pleas Court.
Levi Webb, 27, was indicted Thursday on two counts of felonious assault, both felonies with attached specifications, and one count of using weapons while intoxicated, a misdemeanor.
The charges carry two firearm specifications: One three-year specification and a one-year specification that allege Webb used a gun to commit the crimes. There is also an attached forfeiture specification that will require Webb to forfeit to police the Glock 19 he allegedly used in the shooting if he is convicted…
