What Is A Heatwave?
According to the National Weather Service, a “heatwave” can be declared after a region gets three or more days of high temperatures that are 90 degrees or more.
Using that methodology, along with the long-range forecast from the National Weather Service in Buffalo, there will be a chance of a heatwave in Western New York.
