After years of meetings and work, the Coconut Creek commission, city staff, and developers reached a significant milestone regarding the Mainstreet at Coconut Creek mixed-use project.
During the August 7 meeting, the commission approved the development agreement between the city and GSR RE Partners on first reading. This ties together all the site plans and financial obligations between the city and the developer that have been approved during previous meetings.
