SEATTLE — Charges against Letian Shi, who was accused of first-degree murder in connection with an arson in Seattle’s Wallingford neighborhood, have been dismissed following new evidence that raised doubts about the suspect’s identification.
King County prosecutors initially charged Shi, 25, on July 14, based on the Seattle Police Department’s investigation at the time.
