EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WEHT) — The Evansville African American Museum hosted the Baptisttown Emancipation Festival today.
The festival featured community performances, food trucks, vendors, community resources and family friendly activities. Celebrations also included the dedication of a new Indiana State historical marker honoring the Baptisttown Neighborhood.
