A barefoot driver was arrested on a drunk driving charge after a rear-end collision.
Robbin Walker Stonestreet, 66, of Minneola, was found at about 5:30 p.m. Tuesday at the scene of the accident on Lake Minneola Shores, according to an arrest report from the Florida Highway Patrol. The report noted she was standing next to her white Honda Accord. She was barefoot.
The driver of a Hyundai Sonata said he had been stopped at a stop sign when he was rear ended by Stonestreet’s vehicle. He said Stonestreet asked him not to call police because she had a suspended license.
When the trooper spoke to Stonestreet, she acknowledged her license was suspended. The trooper confirmed her license had been suspended in June due to her failure to provide a breath sample. Stonestreet also admitted she had been drinking prior to the rear-end collision. Her speech was slightly slurred and she seemed “unsteady on her feet.”…
