Black bear shot after entering Sevierville home, TWRA says

SEVIERVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT) – A black bear was shot outside of a Sevierville home on Sunday after the homeowner said he found the bear in his kitchen, said Tennessee Wildlife Resources Agency.

This happened at around 1:30 PM on Matt Road. The homeowner said he was asleep and was woken up by noises coming from the kitchen.
