LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WAVE) – The Louisville metro area has experienced multiple heat waves this summer, and several residents in the Beecher Terrace Apartments have gone through them without air conditioning.
“We try not to be here as much as possible,” said one resident, Jamesha Howard.
