Eli Selga’s three-run homer lifts Rockers over Woodchucks in Northwoods League Playoffs

GREEN BAY (WLUK) — There was no shortage of home runs at Capital Credit Union Park on Sunday.

The Rockers, who were facing the Woodchucks in game one of a best-of-three playoff series, knocked out four home runs in six innings to go on and win 8-4. Collin Helms knocked out the first homer for Green Bay, a solo blast in the first inning for the first run of the game.

Xaige Lancaster added another solo home run in the second inning while Jeremy Delamota followed suit in the fourth to put the Rockers up 4-0. Wausau would pull within a run of Green Bay in the top of the sixth after scoring four runs…
