New Mexico National Guard member charged with battery

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – A member of the National Guard was arrested last week. She was arrested after causing a disturbance at a northeast Albuquerque bar.

Selena Maritnez was arrested Thursday night at Dirty Bourbon off Wyoming. The staff told police that she was cut off for being too intoxicated, and she responded by attacking two employees.

When APD arrived, she told them she had to talk with her sergeant in Santa Fe and wouldn’t let the officer talk with employees at the bar. She even attacked an officer while being arrested.
