BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KBAK/KBFX) — The Bakersfield Fire Department is asking for the public’s help to identify a man accused of setting fires to several water dispensing machines between July and August in Bakersfield.
The suspect is described as a man in his late 40s to mid-50s with blonde hair and a blonde mustache.
