LEXINGTON, Ky. (FOX 56) — Since moving to Fair Oaks Drive ten years ago, Theresa Leito has spent nearly $80,000 making her house a home. But lately, she says, it’s crumbling.
“That’s just one of the stones,” Leito said, showing FOX 56 one of the large stones that fell out of the stone wall in her backyard. “There’s other ones that have fallen, but the wall has shifted a whole lot. These were never out like this.”
She believes the damage is due to a Fayette County Public Schools construction project on the other side of her fence. What was once a driveway to a single-family home has now become a bus route…
