HALFMOON, N.Y. (WNYT) — A Halfmoon man is accused of spitting at troopers and kicking furniture when being arraigned on a rape charge.
Joshua Malacek, 40, is accused of sexually assaulting a person who was incapable of consent, according to the Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office. The alleged incident happened in the overnight hours of Aug. 6, investigators said.
