ALBANY — City residents had the opportunity to enjoy a taste of being on island time at the Columbia County Sanctuary Movement’s Caribbean Festival on Saturday.
Community groups, performers, vendors and attendees gathered in the blistering summer heat at Jennings Landing in Albany to celebrate Caribbean culture.
