CINCINNATI (WKRC) – A video circulating on social media has sparked concerns about juvenile curfew enforcement in Cincinnati after it appeared to show a group of teens or young adults involved in a fight at The Banks over the weekend.
The footage, shared on Facebook, depicts several young people standing around before one person punches another, knocking him to the ground. The altercation escalates as others join in, with punches being thrown until two nearby police officers intervene.
