A groundbreaking was held Monday morning at the heart of downtown Erie for the future location of a transformational mixed-use development.
The Flagship City Commons will connect key destinations in the city through a public pedestrian arcade linking North Park Row and 5th Street.

This includes the Flagship City Food Hall, Perry Square and the 5th Street Parking Deck.
The four-story building will feature two new restaurant spaces, a roof deck and retail spaces for shops.
